One personality trait I would look for
in any college player we scout:
What is their attitude when their team is losing? Do they sulk or pout? Or do they get meaner and nastier? I would want as many like that on my team as possible. OF course cheap shot artists and thugs need not apply.

I'm all for the meanest, nastiest sob in the draft lining up at lb or dl for this team...sorry too many creampuffs on this defense in my opinion.
