I think all he did was lift. No numbers posted for the rest of the combines.

Myself I like Upshaw and is one of the options I have in the 1st rd.

22 reps.

32" Arm Length

I think Upshaw is a ball player with very good instincts and feel for the game. I'm not as big on the combines as some are.

I like him as an ILB but feel he is better suited in the 4-3 as opposed to the 3-4

Since neither of them are really elite athletes I would rather have Hightower and his experience at every front seven position.

I could have sworn I read somewhere that we employ a hybrid defenses that uses elements of both. You don't think Hightower's versatility would be an asset to Ryan's defense and allow a greater degree of creativity?

I'm sure he could fit into the Cowboys system given that Ryan does run an unconventional defense and again I like Upshaw. I just see him as a better fit in a Bears type defense more in the role you see with Urlacker.

hightower is starting to intrigue me. If carter isn't ready we can use him at ILB (if we sign a OLB in FA or franchise spencer) and then we can also have him slide outside and rush the passer some. But for some reason hightower doesn't strike me as a physical imposing guy with a high motor that we need opposite of ware.
Out of all passrushers I seem to like bruce irvin the best.
