In a 4-3 he plays some SDE and some quick DT.
His sacks came from playing a lot of DT.

That was because he was always doubled outside even with a top overall DE recruit, clowney, on the other side.

He isn't JPP but he is very much like Justin Tuck IMHO.
Quality pass rusher you can use in a number of ways.
Has a more versatile overall game than anyone in this draft IMHO.

Hands team, personal protector on punt team, DT, ILB, DE....

Is that better than a Cox or DeCastro who do just one thing but very well? Not sure. But a team will be very happy with Ingram to be sure.

The word just a few days ago was that Glenn was rising and possibly could go higher than DeCastro because of his ability to play OT. Now he's sliding and a possibility in the 2nd round?????

Somewhere in the world, Ned Beaty just died a little bit.

This. IF Ingram falls--and I don't see it happening--I'd rather see him on this defense than Mark Barron...and I like Barron a lot. However, I don't see him getting out of the top 10.

I don't think he has the explosive first step off the edge that Harrison does, but this is a comparison I've seen in several places. Ingram is bigger, however, and should hold up better against the run.
