Wade is one of those guys who is a great DC, but unable to move the whole team as a HC. I wish we had snagged him when you guys let him go.

Even Wade has some pride; he would not have taken the DC spot after being fired as HC.
Frankly, I always thought he was a VERY GOOD DC, but not a great one.

Wade is a perfect fit on the Texans. I am sure he enjoying life a lot more now that he isn't under a ridiculous media microscope. Winning probably doesn't hurt either.

You can't demote a guy to DC and NO ONE wanted too anyway. That defense was TERRIBLE that year. He deserved to get fired. |
