I was just thinking how crazy it is that I saw Nick Saban, Rich Rodriguez and Jimbo Fisher all play high school football.
And now they are successful major college coaches. Nick @ Monongah HS (about 15 miles from here) Rich @ North Marion HS (about 20 miles from here), North Marion is a consolidated school, ... with one of the schools being Nick Saban's Monongah HS. Jimbo @ Liberty HS (about 5 miles from here) That's hard to believe this little area produced 3 great coaches. |
