The teams were worse under Campo it's not even debatable. I'm beginning to think some of you weren't following the team back then. The talent Campo was handed wasn't even close to what Garret inherited. The only similarity between the teams is the coaching. Everyone figured Campo would get the job when Gailey got fired because he was a Jerry guy.
Campo's teams kept spinning their wheels for 3 straight seasons until Jerry hired a proven head coach. The team FINALLY started making progress immediately after Parcell's took over which was no surprise to anyone.
We may have to suffer through 3 straight 8-8 or worse seasons under Garrett before Jerry gets fed up and decides to hire another proven head coach to FINALLY get this team heading in the right direction.
