The link didn't come up for the realtor. But that's pretty cheap depending on the area.

However size matters, schools matter, those stupid lions have to go...and not enough windows facing the pool (pool area would have to be re-done even if I was a Cowboys fan).

I wonder what the neighborhood is like.

I'm a cowboys fan and I'd even redo the pool area. I'd remove it completely. I like having nice green grass in my back yard. Also, from those angles the backyard looks tiny.

Except for the black flooring, I could live there...

And that kitchen is a total win... I love everything about it.
Thank you to all donated to the Jason Witten Camp drive!

That back yard is pretty small. The garage is in the rear of the property which eats up 1/3 of it. Behind the house? The transmission tower.

Take a look at how the star on the bottom of the pool is warped depending on the picture. The wide angle lens its shot with distorts the photo to make the pool area look larger than it really is.

A front yard with no back yard. No likey.

Hate the pool. Especially having his number in it.

Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

More like 1.5 mil in my area. Oh boy. New York Metro Area is real expensive. I wish my company relocated me to cheaper places with my current salary. I would than be able to afford my dream house.

To be fair, that property has several things holding it back. Should be about $400-$450K, but the neighborhood might just be crappy all the way around.

Yeah, in Highland Park (Dallas) it would go for about 1.5-1.75 mil.
It must be in a so-so suburb.
My guess is Richardson or maybe south Arlington.

That home would go for over 3 mil in my neighborhood. You wouldn't come close to anything like that for 300k in the Los Angeles area especially at the beach.
