Default Tavon Austin

equals Percy Harvin minus the migranes. Please dont tell me he wouldnt give the offense a certain missing element. Yep he is on the small side but I see big time play maker at the next level.

When he was in HS at Dunbar in Baltimore I saw several of his games. Along with Joe Haden and Ben Tate, I just knew early on he would playing on Sundays at some point. He is smallish, but has NFL level athleticism and injuries have never been a problem to this point.

Some of his runs remind me of Reggie Bush or Desean Jackson.

He is small but he's got some potential. The new fad in the NFL might be the flex position with guys like Harvin and Randall Cobb who you can get them the ball in the backfield or downfield.

This kid will be a Patriot a cheaper version of Welker. Unbelievable athlete one of the few guys in college football who can truly score from anywhere on the field.

I was impressed with him last year and just saw him again this weekend.

Physically, the closest comparison is

Desean Jackson 5-10, 169

Tavon Austin 5-8.5, 172

Wes Welker, Percy Harvin and Randall Cobb all outweigh him by at least 20 lbs.

Speaking of small guys, did anyone notice Jacquizz Rodgers against the Cowboys? He is extremely "thick" and looks like a Michael Turner Mini-Me.
