Default What's cooking for the Cowboys/Eagles game?

I know I did a lot of these fun threads last year but this season with work and the Cowboys not on regular TV I've really skipped out.

Last season, both times vs the Eagles, I made Chicken on my Weber kettle and we lost. This year I'm taking no chances, I'm making both Beef and Pork. The beef is a shoulder roast that I've seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning and stuffed with garlic.

The pork is pork loin, bone in, rib end roast. I also stuffed with garlic and hit it with Montreal steak seasoning. I'll also cover it with bacon and Rosemary.

The best part is both cost less then $15 bucks.

I've done my part. Now it's up to the Cowboys to do theirs.

I haven't had a good casserole in a long time. Is it spicy? Do the beans go into it or are they a side dish?

I envy both of you. I'm driving this morning to see my step-daughter play lacrosse for her college team, then celebrating with a Subway sandwich and the Cowboys on the radio on the drive back. Hope to get home to watch the second half and find something tastier to eat.

Broiled haddock, carrots, broccoli and cheddar rice and PBR.

I have recently discovered the Mexican meat market by my house, so I am grilling up tablitas. Also, chicken marinated in carribean jerk.

Sometime life gets in the way of football Sunday. It got me last week, I worked and missed the game. This is my first week cooking something good instead of going to the bar to watch a cowboys game. That's why I'm doing a double header.
