My 2nd way too early mock
This is us picking right smack dab in the middle of the draft at #16.
Round 1- Chance Warmack OG Alabama- Enough is enough. Get some talent on this line and stop trying to patch it with other teams scrap pieces. Its not working and we can't be serious contenders to win a Super Bowl with the line we have.
Round 2- Bacarri Rambo S Georgia- Flat out playmaker. He has some red flags that need to be cleared, but if he passes the character issues he could be a great addition to the deffense.
Round 3- Corey Lemonier OLB Auburn- With all of the rush linebackers coming out this year Lemonier is a steal that slips to the 3rd round. 6'4 250 with great athleticism. Great value in the 3rd
Round 4- Datone Jones DE UCLA- Very intriguing prospect with good athleticism for a guy 6'4 280 lb. Sort of along the lines of a Tyrone Crawford prospect. Lets start to phase out these slow DE's who can't generate any pass rush for some more athletic players.
Round 5- Kyle Long OT/OG Oregon- Someone will take a flyer on him and I wouldn't mind it being us. A lot of talent that needs to be coached up, but could be a good player if he develops correctly.
Round 6- Christine Michael RB Texas A&M- Injury risk but has the physical attributes to be an NFL running back .

using a top 15 or so pick on a 6'2 guard, who can't play tackle or center is risky

If we plan on going OG/S with our first two picks, I think we should trade down and pick up an additional second or third. We could use the additional pick to either pick up another interior olineman or a RB (assuming Felix is gone after this season).
Also, if we're going to take a flier on RB/special teamer in the late rounds, I like Dri Archer. He's terribly under sized, but he's put up terrific numbers this season.

Just keep him away from (Marijuana) brownies and he will be okay.

What's risky is another year of this mess of an OL. Just like the posted stated, enough with scrap pieces. Warmack is a top 10 talent in this draft. We will be picking outside the top 10. If he is there, take him.
The only player on this line that can play is Smith, the rest are trash. 3rd and 4th rounders are not going to cut it.

Round 1- Chance Warmack OG Alabama
I might consider trading down over making this pick. #16 is a premium for an OG, especially considering Jonathan Cooper, Barrett Jones and Dallas Thomas are still available.
Callahan is trying to implement a Zone Blocking Scheme. While Warmack would be good in any system, Jonathan Cooper might be better in the ZBS and he can play Center.
Round 2- Bacarri Rambo S Georgia
I think it would be more realistic if you swap #2 and #3. Lemonier might be a 1st round pick. IMO, Rambo is a 3rd rounder at best.
Round 3- Corey Lemonier OLB Auburn
Currently underrated player by the Draft Media, IMO. He might be a 1st rounder.
Round 4- Datone Jones DE UCLA
Good pick here.
Round 5- Kyle Long OT/OG Oregon
Good pick here.
Round 6- Christine Michael RB Texas A&M
OK.

I would love Warmack, but I think he's a top 10 player in this draft. Don't think he'd be there at 16.
I love Lemonier, but not way he is there in the 3rd round at this point in the year.

Change Baccari Rambo to either Brennan Williams or Oday Aboushi and this would be the ideal draft. I know FS leaves alot to be desired, but it is nowhere near as bad as the tackle play Dallas is getting. Even if the Cowboys wake up and start Parnell at RT for the rest of the year, they still need competition at the spot. Warmack and either Williams or Aboushi would solidify the line and finally allow Dallas the ability to use their offensive weapons.

Who was higher ranked player DeCastro or Warmack? I think any guard will be available at 16. We will see in April.

Warmack will for sure be there at 16, and possibly a reach as others have said. But I really don't care at this point. Give me the clear cut #1 guy at our position of most need. Starting 3 straight years in the SEC and still having great tape is more than enough to convince me.
And as far as Lemonier, I was going with CBS having him ranked as their 80th prospect. I can definitely see him going in the 2nd after the combine though. If so it could easily be switched to Lemonier in the 2nd and Rambo/Lester/Jefferson in the 3rd.

Warmack is ranked higher, I think. I'll go back and check.
EDIT:
At this time last year, DeCastro was not on Kiper's board, he was 17th on McShay's Board.
Right now, Kiper has Warmack 7th and McShay has him 3rd.

Since September 12th, if you combine both Kiper's and McShay's rankings, here's where Chance Warmack has been ranked.
September 12 - 4th (Kiper - 6, McShay - 2)
September 19 - 4th (Kiper - 6, McShay - 2)
September 26 - 4th (Kiper - 7, McShay - 2)
October 3 - 5th (Kiper - 7, McShay - 4)
October 10 - 7th (Kiper - 8, McShay - 6)
October 17 - 4th (Kiper - 8, McShay - 5)
October 31 - 4th (Kiper - 6, McShay - 5)
November 7 - 5th (Kiper - 6, McShay - 4)
November 14 - 5th (Kiper - 7, McShay - 3)
