Truth. These guys would have us dump every body.
We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.
I know that when we do not have the kind of success, when we don't have expectations lived up to, the one that should get the most heat is the one that ultimately makes the decisions, period, with the Dallas Cowboys. And that's me."

Well you have to ask yourself, if we get rid of a bunch of guys, is this team going to be any different.
Tony, Dez, Mo, Carr, Lee, Carter, Tyron, Ware
If you get rid of everybody but them, are we worse than we are now?
I personally don't think so.

Didn't we just spend a 3rd round pick on him 19 months ago? That simply makes zero sense.
This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

I would have something to say here but I just can't say it better constructively.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

I agree about RB by committee. There was this tendency to try and run Murray 25 times a game plus 5 receptions a game back in his hot streak in 2011. It hadn't been an issue in 2012 because we couldn't really get the running game going this year for the most part. We do need to use the other RBs more even when Murray is 100% to conserve him for the season.
I also would say that if he comes back and plays very well we should resist the temptation to ever give him a mega-deal. It makes more sense to bring in a cheaper vet or draft a new guy because Murray isn't a special RB, just a good one with some durability problems.

Silly title...nothing about dumping Murray, and we do need another RB.
