It also goes the other way, if the offense gets the lead the D can be more aggressive and cause turnovers, and this year the defense has held it's own as the offense has crapped the bed early and often.

I listen too.. and then I just shake my head because I see him make boneheaded mistakes week in and week out. He has had a horrible year this year and leads the league in interceptions. Not sure what a select small group of people are seeing that is so good.

Yeah he's been bad but in his defense if Garrett let him play his game I think we'd be in a much better position. Plus quite a few of those pics came under weird circumstances. Yeah Romo needs to pick it up but it's been a disaster around him

Those two tackles he had last time we played just three weeks ago were real game changers weren't they.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Look at you guys, pretending to be realists. A loss to the Eagles let's Jerry Jones scapegoat Jason Garrett, perpetuating his domineering reign of terror. A good realist wants this team to win every game under Garrett, so that it's obvious the problem is not the coach or the players and that all the blame can then go to the Owner/GM.
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

Nothing changes, nothing even consideres(sp) being changed until the offseason

we could get shutout 28-0 foles could go 21-25 for 344 yards and 3 touchdowns nothing would happen
bryce brown could run the ball 21 times for 205 yards and a touchdown nothing would happen

we could rush 11 times for 9 yards nothing would happen
romo could go 15-52 for 23 yards and 5 interceptions nothing would happen

Sure sounds good in theory. Too bad it's more likely Jerry will die in a Tsunami in Texas than it is that your scenario plays out.

So I'll take my chances w a new coach.

Lose out

As much as we need to lose this game on Sunday. I don't see any way we actually do lose.
