So we are going to bring in a coach who roster has gotten worse since he has taken over as the guy and ran out the previous talent decision maker in a power struggle.
Has mismanaged more timeouts and games than Jason could think off. Had teams continually under perform in the playoffs and team has not been relevant since Jim Johnson passed away. Lets not ignore the fact he was the guy that was so smart he promoted his oline coach to defensive coordinator during the lockout.
