Who Do We Keep & Who Do We Get Rid Of??

Trying to fill in a 50 man roster for next year, less LS,K,P. I want to list who I think will be back and what holes we need to fill. In order to do that I need a good feel of what players won't be returning. In my scenario I'm assuming Spencer returns and all players brought in in the last few weeks will not return.

A start for me on who leaves is as follows, just a start:

Defense: Spears, Coleman?,Jenkins,Butler


Offense: Vickers,Jones,Tanner or Dunbar,Ogletree,Dockery,Arkin,Cook


IR: ???

Please, your thoughts on who doesn't return.

I've been very negative of the Cowboy's this year, for the most part. After making my preliminary list and finding what holes exist, I said to myself you know something could be done with this team, fairly easily. The Scouts, FO, Coaches need to do their job. This has to be a No MIss Draft, as well as Free Agency.

Phillips, John – I think they want a better blocker
Frampton, Eric – Bring to TC on Vet Min Contract
Sims, Ernie – Bring to TC on Vet Min Contract
Peprah, Charlie – Bring to TC on Vet Min Contract
Coleman, Kenyon – Hopefully Not, but RR loves him

Free Agents that should return:
Ladouceur, L.P.

Restricted Free Agents that should return:
Agnew, Vince
McCray, Danny
Costa, Phil

Pre-Training Camp Cuts:
Connor, Dan - Contract is too big for a backup.
Spears, Marcus
Free, Doug - Replace with either Parnell, FA or Draft Pick.

Bring All other players to Training Camp and let them compete for a job.

Every year this guy defies the odds. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he is here next season.

Yeah we have been saying Ogletree gets cut every year yet he keeps coming back, i will not rule him out.
