For anybody who wants a good giggle about this, "Fanboys" is one film that has some fun with that. Shatner even makes an appearance. Seth Rogen's small but unforgettable role(with really huge teeth) is the epitome of the over-the-top Star Trek fan. AS Elmer Fudd would say, "Wive Wong and Pwosper".

Star Wars - Yes. There was a connectedness of those 3 movies that was unforced, effortless.
