I've heard he doesn't play James Hana enough during some victories. Also he's slow to throw challenge flags in challenges he ends up winning. These shortcomings cannot be forgiven.

I can see him as Head Coach....and think the Cowboys GM should use him at his strength and that is HC......But the GM also needs to realize he is not a Offensive Coordinator....some HC's can do it, but some can't....its not a knock on Garrett....play-calling is his weakness. Bring in NORV or turn the offense over to Callihan and let Garrett concentrate on Head Coaching duties. That what Garrett does best.
