who gets him... To those who think Romo will be extended I just laugh. Romo does not have to accept an extension in Dallas. He is signed thru next year and scheduled to make close to 17mil. He can sit on that number and force the Cowboys hand to franchise him or release him. If I was his agent, I would make the Cowboys choose... Romo does not have to extend and frankly I wouldn't with the sorry team. Besides, Romo might decide to just play for the 17mil and then retire. If Romo chooses, he can force the Boys to pay or release. I choose release for Romo....

And a more capable front 7, that can help get him the ball back

Thank God for Lee and Carter
We need to get him a vaulted running game so play action works in his favor more often than not.

Enough not to get sacked more than 36 times in 2011 and 2012.

Arguing or lamenting about it is a waste of time and energy. The real issue is how this team can help this guy get to the next level.

I feel that with the emergence of Dez Bryant that the WR corp is going to be a strength next year. As long as Witten is around the TE position is set. RB needs to be addressed because I don't trust Murray to stay healthy.

The main issue though is the OL. The whole unit needs to be evaluated and changes need to be made. Free needs to be gone and the interior needs to be upgraded. Tyron might not be the answer at left tackle, either. I say move him to right tackle, look for a replacement and uprade the entire interior line through the draft if possible.

I agree that Tony Romo should be extended because he has what it takes and through what he's going through right now, I feel as if he has what it takes to lead this team all the way with the right coaching which I heard on NFL.com that the Cowboys are now in search of an offensive cordinator, which I believe should be Norv Turner, or a coach that is good with Quarterbacks and is seasoned with calling a balanced unpredictable play calling system that could help Garrett as a head coach.

To be honest I want to keep this team together and let them gel. Even though I live in DC and have to hear them talk it's really disappointing but I know if our team can stay healthy we can beat anybody in the NFL and also start and finish games. Not just begin to start just to try to attempt to finish or sometimes finish, just win.

Norv works best with a tall, strong armed QB like Aikman. Romo's best style would be a WCO coach who could manage his tendencies to throw picks into coverage. Norv could work with Orton if they decide to move on from Romo which I advocate.
