I do also believe that Red is a problem as well so it not ALL on Romo.

Cajun, I have always respected you on this forum. I will admit that Romo has some faults. He is far from perfect. With his age, it is time to find someone to groom as a replacement. I just happen to believe that the Red Headed Idiot is by far the biggest problem with this team. I think Romo sometimes try's too hard and can sometimes make mistakes. With a better coach and game plan, I don't believe he would have to try so hard. I don't think anyone could question his ability, just his propensity to "choke". I personally don't think we would see him 'choking" with a better game plan where he doesn't have to carry the team. Good QB's are just too hard to find and drafting one high, even #1 overall, is no guarantee of success.
