If you want to fire Garrett, bring in Lovie Smith as head coach and HE, not the Jones twins, decides he wants Norv Turner to run his offense, I would have no problem with it. But not this way. If you retain Garrett, he needs to retain the power to run his own offense. Otherwise this is a charade.

I see what you're saying but isn't Garrett a disciple of Norv? Didn't he learn his offense while playing and don't you think he has adapted elements of that offense into his system? I don't think they are that far off in offensive philosophy.
