Garrett flat out said he would give up calling plays if it was in the teams best interest.

My take is Jerry had his heart set on Norv and now it comes down to Callahan vs Garrett.

IF John Garrett does move on (not Jason) with JJ's prodding, I do wonder if that provides the opportunity for a new running game co-ordinator?

I'm thinking Callahan keeping the OC title, perhaps calling the plays, and Sparano coming back to be the running co-ordinator - responsibilities include OL, RBs, TEs.
