Management/Coaching has nothing to do with why our talent base in lacking at these key positions?

Actually, I'm not sure Garrett does understand down, distance, time management and scoring percentages. He makes very questionable calls during games at times, just read some of Adam's critiques, he is spot on.

I think he is an inexperienced coach who will make these errors during the pressure of games.
