Was just reading an article in the News Zone on the personnel, and they seemed to indicate that Ratliff is the 1-technique and as of today Hatcher would be the 3-technique.

Apparently the 3-tech is the most important spot in the defense (according to Dungy) and makes the rest of the defense go.

We'll probably have to find the 3-technique in FA/Draft.
