EDIT-Did a quick search and found this referencing some problems.
The SD Special Teams were atrocious - as in, historically bad - in 2010 (which is when the linked article is from). Bisaccia showed up in 2011.

In 2010, they gave up four punt/KO returns for TDs. They had four (4!) punts blocked. The Football Outsiders metrics have them as the worst unit by a huge margin over the period from 2003-2012.

Last year, FO had them ranked 8th. No return TDs, but they did still have 3 punts blocked. Huh. No punts blocked in '11. Anyway, seems like a solid coaching performance.

Dwayne Stukes.

I know I saw him on the sideline earlier in the season. He was ST coach with Tampa and then moved on to Dallas.

Didn't know if he was still with the team and possibly could be interviews for the position.
