Jerry has final decision, but Garrett certainly has/had input.

According to rumor, AtL HC Smith would have been fired if the Falcons would have lost the Seattle playoff game.

I'm not sure Atlanta is in that much better a situation regarding coaching than the Cowboys. Both coaches are near the top of the list for getting fired in 2013 or after the 2013 season. My guess, is that both get canned.
