Assuming you believe Jerry has been a main drive of the changes, can you think of a situation where the owner/GM drove a 'rework' of the system and staff under the HC, but retained the HC?

I am not trying to get into an argument with you if you believe Garrett made all these decisions...so please don't sabotage the thread if you think Garrett is orchestrating all this. I am just curious, assuming you do think Jerry is the main driver, if you can think of a similar situation in the past.
