I love how you guys don't understand the point. It's the fact Brady is treated as the NFL's princess and they rarely do anything to him even when he INTENTIONALLY. You see that word? Yeah, too many commercial interruptions make the games virtually unwatchable unless recorded. These other policies are merely more echoes of commercial/economic considerations taking priority over the game itself.

I think another aspect is the fact that Brady's action while clearly intended was a decision made on the fly during a game.

Gore pretty much disregarded the uniform policy before kick off.

I doubt Brady went into the game looking to kick someone in the junk.

Gore clearly went into the game knowing he was violating the uniform rule.
