I do agree with Deion to an extent. When this team underachieves it all falls back on Jerry but its his fault that the players he signs don't live up to their contracts or show up at big moments?

Apparently according to Deon, it's not Jerrys' fault that the players won't put it all on the line.


Meanwhile most every Organization in the World, is a direct reflection of it's Owner/Leaders.

In Dallas everyone achieves less because of Jerry...the Players, the Coaches the entire process.

Ask yourself why even the Harbaugh's would suck in Dallas... yet both are in the Bowl for other Franchises.
