guess what

as we found out this last year or so Woicik cannot wave a magic wand.

There are numerous examples of players that supposedly could get stronger easily and never did.

Everyone has a limit.

And most major college weight training programs are not that far below the NFL.

Anyone expecting miracles is badly misinformed.
