Bill Polian: Cowboys O-line needs biggest upgrade

Since the 2009 season rebuilding the O line SHOULD have been a priority.

IF they had just been able to find one good player each year we would already have it almost done.

Get a LT first to replace the Hotel. Then a guard then a RT. If they thought Free was a winner then they could get another one.

Right now we have ONE real player on the O line when we could have had 3 at least.

disregarding the o-line in the draft for almost 2 decades has got us nowhere,why not do the opposite and see how it goes?

Wanted Tyron Smith, then Dallas got cheap, being a fan you could see the direction and thus still supported the team routing for the young core guys. It could have worked, it worked for 3 SBs in the 90s' but it didn't this time.

Now games are won even more in the trenches than ever before, except it's not the running game that dominates, it's the pass or lack of passing due to QB pressure.


In the end, the game has changed and some have failed to change with it, they are behind the curve ..so to speak..playing ketchup when they needed mustard.
