I'm not saying Tony is the greatest player on Earth, or the only reason Dallas manages to win games, but some of those close games, ones we won or lost, the Cowboys wouldn't have even been in the game to win them at the end if not for the play of Romo.


I have no doubt this team would have been 3-13 last season if Romo had been out. I know there are plenty who won't agree and that's fine.

go 3x13 as you say or preferably 1x15 next year so that we have a shot at Johnny Football. Romo has had plenty of chances in big decision games and has mostly blown it. It's time to cut bait, trade him & Ware on draft day, start rebuilding for the future, get out of Salary Cap Hades and move on to the next generation of players that might have a shot at doing something.

It's way past time to keep clinging to the recent past. This is a show me league and these set of Cowboys have shown it countless times....

Don't be surprised if Manziel doesn't end up being the biggest NFL bust since Tony Mandarich.

The guy is a loose cannon off the field, and NFL history is wrought with QB failures. The league will have the read option figured out shortly anyway most likely.

Ryan Leaf, Heath Shuler, Akili Smith, Rick Mirer, Jemarcus Russell, Tim Couch, David Carr, Matt Leinart, Cade McNown, Mark Sanchez, Vince Young, Joey Harrington, Rex Grossman.....all these guys and countless more were supposed to be awesome.

Tony Romo is an outstanding quarterback NOW. Go with what you know.
