Blaine Gabbert throwing them high over the middle. Or high on the sideline. Or high just about everywhere. he laid his WRs out all season long.

We have Harris if he can't. Robinson would be great here, just to see how it all worked out. He'd be cheap for us too. He already got paid.

If we truly need WR depth after:

Dez
Austin
Harris
Beasley
Draft Pick from last year who got hurt
Bunch of developmental projects...

then I pay Laurent in a heartbeat, an incentive laden 2 year contract (in case it takes him longer or makes more sense to keep him out of frequent contact for a 1/2 season). Let him recover from concussions slowly, but he is there for depth, and role playing and because he has proven he fits with Romo and the offensive scheme. 11 Td's and the yards he got here, weren't a complete fluke!

Of course, you get 5 experts to make sure it is "safe" for him to play, but the guy had total chemistry with Romo and was probably our 2nd best receiver that season.

A potential cheap depth signing, which allows us to go after other positions in draft.

I think he'd like to come back here for veteran minimum PLUS nice incentives. That is pretty low risk signing. BUT, only if there is a realistic chance he could play this season at some point....

See if he can survive a tryout with Scandrick in coverage. If so, sign immediately.

That's too much to ask of any receiver.
"'Room' always makes me chuckle. That's irrelevant. What we have on a given day really doesn't relate to what you're ultimately going to have and how you're going to manage."
