Brother of Bag of Nothing signs with Lions
The Detroit News reports OG Solomon Page, who played in nine games and started eight for San Diego last year, visited the Lions earlier this week. The Lions are looking to add depth on the interior line.
Amazing how this guy can hang on for years in the NFL without giving any effort....

They signed OG David Loverne, and OG/C Damien Woody so the line should be much better than it was last year. Which shouldn't be hard, but I doubt he'll (Page) will start. And if he does, then like you said Sarge, they're in bad shape.
At best he should be a backup.

Ahh, but don't tell me you won't miss Troy, Gibby!
He said being in Dallas under Parcells was like "being a nun in a nightclub".
I think what he meant was it as like being a hooker in a nunnery.

If they (OL) play worse than last year, they're really going to be hurting.
Could they even BE worse than last year?

Not uless they use less than 5 guys.

I think you're going to see a significant turnaround with the Lions this year.
Roy Williams, Charles Rogers, Artose Pinner and Kevin Jones.
"Young man, when you throw a strike, Mr. Hornsby will let you know."
Bill Klem when a pitcher questioned a called ball to Rogers Hornsby.

Yeah, they are flat out scary on offense! That is some talent...and looks great on paper. If those guys can play up to their potential, Detroit can turn things around pretty quickly.

LOL! And the way Parcells runs a camp I bet thats more likely the truth than anything else...
THandsOfStoneAndFeetsOfBricks went to one of the most boisterous [sic?] teams in the league, as a hooker he should fit right in!
Err I just reread that... Man it's freakin hot what little brain I have is melting... We were talkin about DHam right?
What do nunnery mean?
Is that closer?
