Default Miami ready to Rolle again

Just goes to show you how so many (on this board) were so quick to write he, his draft status and his career off before a judge had a chance to rule.

It is most unfortunate that innocent until proven guilty doesn't and may never apply to all of us citizens. What a country.

(1:00 PM): Miami CB cleared of criminal charges

Miami CB cleared of criminal charges...Miami CB Antrel Rolle, one of the top prospects for the 2005 draft, will be re-instated to the team after charges that he struck a police officer were dismissed. In dropping the charges, the district attorney's office said that while the incident did occur - the incident took place when police tried to restrain Rolle who was involved in a fight outside a local bar - Rolle had no prior record and had been contrite.

Innocent until proven guilty? What are you talking about? He did do it. They're just dropping the charges because it was a first offense, and probably because of his celebrity as well.

Beauty of a second-round pick.

If Parcells signs off on this guy, sign me up.
