McNair was also a better passer in college than Young has been. Personally, I just wouldn't take a QB that unpolished in the top 10.
McNair played against much lesser competition. Young played very well against the best. Yeah he needs work, and McNair was a shotgun QB too out of college. How do you come up with a 4 year number?
