Hype eventually dies if something doesn't live up to it. In N Out has been in business for over 50 years. People don't form lines year after year if something isn't worth the wait and is all hype.

The line forming is really only at new spots where people want to check out the hype or places where there aren't many In N Outs. I never see any exceptional lines at InNOut, no more than say Wendys or Del Taco at lunchtime.

There's In N Out locations in LA that have been around for years that have lines into the street everyday during the lunch hr and in the evening depends on your location. There's a reason people are willing to sit in a car on a hot summer day waiting to be served at In N Out and it's not simply the hype. Most who wait in those long lines have eaten there before. I don't see near the lines at Wendy's or Del Taco there's nothing special about them.

Some people will opt for either one or whatever chain is in the area because they don't want to wait in a long line at In N Out. I've driven up to In N Out before and settled for something else once I saw the long line dripping into the street. Obviously you don't think In N Out is anything special that's your opinion to each his own.

I should add that one reason for the long lines at In N Out is they don't have near as many locations as some burger chains. In Ca there's 199 In N Out locations compared to 450 McDonalds locations.

It's time for fans to stop hating and come to the
realization that Romo is a great QB. It's time to stop
with the ignorant cliches, and realize that using a
"botched FG" as an excuse to equate that mistake to
Romo's QBing abilities. - D29Murray

Yup, every In-N-Out around the area I grew up in is packed and has been this way as long as I can remember.

Must be nice and cool out in Malibu right now, we're at about 97 down here in the valley.

Unless the owner was going for a retro look, the Star should have another blue outline.

You don't keep it classy by getting a car with suicide doors
