Rob Rang with a brief Greg Jones mention - Dallas Cowboys Forum

I just think Jones is just way too risky to waste a first on. He wasn't very impressive this year with an exception of a few runs. Rob has Dallas taking greg Jones in his latest draft. I trust Rob's talent evaluation films very highly. He was right on the button on most of his projections last year.

Gromit: With the Patriots recent trade for Corey Dillon, it becomes increasingly possible that either Steven Jackson or Kevin Jones might fall to us. Given the fact that Alexander is in the final year of his contract might we see the Seahawks draft one of those guys if they are there at 23?

Rob Rang: This is certainly a possibility, as I’ve mentioned before, though I wouldn’t necessarily throw the behemoth Greg Jones out of the list, either. The kid has spectacular upside.

I see dallas walking away witht he 2nd back in this draft but I am just not sure it wont be Jackson who falls. Denver may grab the first back and could cover KJ's explosive ability over SJ.

Yeah that speaks volumes. He could turn out to be really good. But picking him in the first is a hope that he regains previous form. That is a big risk.
