But he is a playmaker, I didn't look at the you tube, but I've seen him in action and he is a playmaker with the ball in his hands and would give the defense someoen else to worry about other than T.O. and Witten!

Yeah I don't mind him being undersized so much because of the new rule years ago when you can only bump the W.R.'s for 5 yards, plus he SO shifty I dont' think he's really gonna take a hard hit, like Barry Sanders, just so nifty he's gonna be tough to get a good lick on him!
If he falls to #28 he'd be a steal IMO!
We could even justify taking him at #22 since he'd fit in with T.O. and Crayton and be the slot receiver and the speed guy that the defense always needs to know where he's lined up on every play, SPEED KILLS!

I really want a C.B. in round 1, but if the top 4 are gone, I wouldn't mind drafting Jackson at #22 and then take Felix Jones at #28, that would add some SPEED and two playmakers on offense who could take it to the house everytime they touch the ball and then maybe go back to back corners in rounds 2 and 3 with Charles Godfrey and Justin King or even take a C.B./S. in a Terrell Thomas!
Then go with a Guard or Tackle or D.E./N.T. in rounds 4 and 5!

Our offense would be EXPLOSIVE as if it wasnt' already by adding Jones and Jackson, AND we'd add two top players to our secondary which we also badly needed!

At first I was against getting this guy because of his height, but with the success of Steve Smith and Welker, I think he would be a good addition.

I just would want our trainer to put some weight on him so that it might help protect him if he gets hit.

I think if he could gain weight easily, he'd have done it. I don't think he wanted to go to the combine and weigh in at 170. It certainly didn't help his stock.

Not to mention what's he going to do against the Al Harris' in the NFL that just muscle him at the line, much less going over the middle and meeting the Roy Williams and Laron Landry's just waiting for him?

That highlight real wasn't even that exciting, the best thing was watching him run some very nice routes. He doesn't seem, to me, nearly as elusive as a Smith or Welker.

He is from Cal and they have a very good weight program. He will not be a factor at 169 lbs. So its VERY questionable that he can gain the weight needed without losing speed or quickness.

His wieghing 170 will probably keep him from getting hurt in some instances.

If a 220 Safety unloads on him or a 205 pound guy, which collision is going to have more force? He'll bounce off alot of big hits.

Not really, I mean, Welker and Steve Smith are his EXACT HEIGHT at 5'-9
, they DOMINATE games at times, and while they both weigh 185 LISTED weight, sure there's a difference between 170 like Jackson and 185, but is the difference of being 5'-9 170 and 5'-9 185 gonna tell me he can't be a factor in the NFL?
I don't think it will since they can put him in motion, use him in the slot, and C.B.'s can now only bump for 5 yards giving offensive skill guys a huge advantage.
He runs great routes, has good hands, and is FAST AS HELL with great moves in the open field, he'll be a factor in the NFL!
When I think about drafting a guy or not, I think of one thing, if I'm on the other team, would I want to face him?
Would I want our defense to have to try and stop Jackson?
NO!
Would I be scared if I'm a defensive coordinator if I had to try and figure out how to stop T.O. and Witten along with Jackson?
YES!
So that's why I would draft him!

At least, not with our first round picks. He could be great but I prefer a low-risk approach to the draft.

Same could of been sadi about Wes Welker and Steve Smith too though!
Jackson would add a SICK dimension to our offense by putting him in the slot and letting him out run everyone all day like Welker did to us in our game against the Pats, not to mention our return game would be VASTLY improved!

Most sites I have seen, put him at 166

I do not want a 160-170 pound WR in the toughest, hardest hitting division in football.

That means he weighs 30 pounds less and is 2-3 inches shorter than Terry Glenn, who I consider to be a small light receiver.

No thanks ..... not in the first round.
