McFadden falling to 22? Get real. Not even a Spitzer-type melt down complete with admissions of paying prostitutes would drop him past the top 5. Although, drug use before the draft would plummet his stock, maybe.

I'll admit, Chris Johnson does not have any blocking capability to speak of, but with his versatility, has a slight edge over McFadden.

Besides, he's not dropping to #22 anyway, who are we kidding? Chris Johnson is a bargain at #22.
I haven't seen any evidence from his college games that CJ is a first round draft pick. Great speed, does not consistently break tackles, cannot block.

He's half a back.

The thought of him at #22 makes my head hurt . . .

If McFadden drops to #22 will will have the new record time for the quickest ever card selection to the commish. We will use about 25 secs of the 10 minutes.

Our card would already be waiting for the commish when he finishes announcing pick #21. Jones would most likely be delivering it himself, doing the potty dance with a big grin on his face.

No, the responses/posts that suck are ones that criticize the substance of a premise without laying out a counterpoint.

Not only is it rude but also arrogant.

I like the kid, but not THAT much. He has some question marks to his game that may or may not be changable. The 22nd pick is VERY high with a draft deep at RB.

A few things:
  • There is no way he falls to 22
  • There is no way we will ever find out - something will be in play before we get out of top 12 picks
AND... even if he were there at #22 YOU DONT PASS HIM UP

Silly thread.

roffle!
But I still don't know what any team saw Thursday night that would have made them comfortable with waiting a round or two for the offensive lineman they wanted. ---Todd McShay
We just converted half our LB to DL. We have a 30m starting DL, it better be pretty friggin good.

For some people, scouting must be extremely easy.

Oh, I wonder who had the fastest 40 time at the Combine this year. Let me see...Chris Johnson? Who? I mean...LET'S DRAFT HIM NOW!!!!!1111111

When Jerry skipped over Moss back in the day, I thought about ending my life (just for a split second), if he skips over DMac, he'll need the US Armed forces to protect him.

Imagin, Snoopy (doing his Snoopy dance) and the head of the Grinch with that big old evil smile on and that's the scene of Jerry bum rushing the commish with the card at pick 22.
