Default Sean Smith

Ran a 4.53 official 40 at 6'3..215 pounds..perfect safety speed..too slow to be a first round corner IMO

This DB class looks terrible from what I saw. REALLY slow..

Anybody have the combine numbers for Smith? as far as vertical..broad jump..

Anyone think he can still fall to us? I sure do.

I think they may surprise you. Also, we all were a bit spoiled by last year's crop.

There was talk of whether Jenkins is a CB or FS before this draft..he just confirmed that he's a FS today. Mayock still thinks he could be a probowl safety his first year.

Akins, Kevin CB Boston College 4.83
How in the hell did this guy play CB!?!?!
Formerly the notorious nyc!

I've got more red flags than Soviet Russia!

There is a good chance that you don't like me, but there is a better chance that I don't care.

If I'm not insulting you, I'm probably not aware that you exist.

Jerry Jones in the draft room is suicide on the football field. The line of scrimmage is EVERYTHING. Something Jerry doesn't understand.

wow... the CB times are slow.

Teams may have to draft Sean Smith and play him at CB if there is a need. He's about as fast as it gets and at least he is big.

BTW, for all the bashing of our drafting good grief am I glad we pulled two guys out of last years draft.

Ryan Palmer ran a 4.6 and is 5'8"... how the heck did he get a combine invite?
But I still don't know what any team saw Thursday night that would have made them comfortable with waiting a round or two for the offensive lineman they wanted. ---Todd McShay
We just converted half our LB to DL. We have a 30m starting DL, it better be pretty friggin good.

William Moore's 4.56 should really help him.

He is as fast as the CBs and is regarded as one of the biggest hitters in the class.

Ya no one was impressive at all. Malcolm looked terrible..so did Vontae. DJ Moore is 5'9 and ran a 4.51. Thats horrible. It's going to be real interesting now that Malcolm has dropped IMO. He's a FS in the NFL..not a CB. Same with Sean Smith.

That's straight line speed. His lateral movement is hard to watch...

He was hard to watch at the Senor Bowl all the way around. I saw surprised he broke 5.0 to be honest.

I loved him 2 years ago because all he did was +make plays but he plays very slow now.

Can't wait to get home and play the tivo.

I actually like Bruton, too. He's a good tackler.

Bruton's gotta be the big riser of the group based on numbers but I am not sure how he looks on tape to be honest.

He was a team captain and is said to have good range.
