Badford can only dream about having McCoy's accuracy, you Sooner Homer... Colt holds the NCAA record for completion percentage in a season, at 77.6 per cent... for that matter, his career completion percentage is 70.2...
Meanwhile,
Badford can only dream of that kind of accuracy, with his pitiful 68.7 career completion percentage... it will only get worse for him next year, as virtually the entire offensive line he's been hiding behind these last two years will be playing for pay...
Oh, wait a sec, I forgot-- when you play for the Sooners, you're already playing for pay... so let me rephrase that, his entire offensive line will be playing in the NFL...
And of course, when it comes to the ability to run the football,
Sack Badford can't carry Colt "The Legend" McCoy's jockstrap (much as he might want to)...
Badford-- 73 carries, 54 yards gained, 5 TDs... a lofty .7 yards per carry... 186 yards lost via the sack the last two seasons (in spite of playing behind an NFL caliber line)...
McCoy-- 250 carries the last 2 seasons (to compare apples to apples), 1053 yards gained, 15 TDs... 4.2 yards per carry...
The Legend is considerably more dangerous with his legs than
Sack Badford is (I'm predicting 50 or 60 sacks for him this year, LOL), as well as being considerably more accurate...
And leave it to a Sooner fan to try to turn toughness into a negative... you wouldn't do that if
Badford had any...
Here endeth the lesson... (and yes, I know you were goofin' on me)...
