Good afternoon, Cbz and the same to everybody here. I'm moving my son into his new house tomorrow. I've rented a truck, moved some large furniture and am wondering what happened to my holidays? It's raining here, so Vegas will look great on Monday. Enjoy the weekend, guys.

Good morning Cbz....and good morning to the rest of the folks here. The wife is visiting family this weekend. She has a brother whose health seems to be failing so she was advised to see him. Sunny and hot here.

Packing day --I'm leaving in the morning to do a class down by Beaumont Tx. Will be gone a week -so I am spending part of my day making a list for my wife .

Good evening, Cbz and the same to all of you. I moved my son into his new house today and I can barely lift my arms to type this. The weather co-operated today and all I have to do tomorrow is pack for Vegas. (After I mow the lawn and clean up the garage.)

Morning Pops and a fine Sunday morning to all.

Just having some coffee b4 I get out and run 6. Last week when I ran 9 it took too long to recover so I'll scale back to 6 until I'm ready to jump up.

Good morning, Cbz and to everybody here. Sarge, I'm still in awe of the whole running thing. I'm walking more and realized that I'm doing about 4-5 miles a day, but not at any real speed. Still, the pounds are coming off. I'm now about to do some damage to my waistline in Vegas.
Bob, I'll echo Sarge's sentiment and suggest you let those ribs really heal. Everybody have a great day.
