Morning Pops and a good Monday morning to all.
Gotta head out to the vet. The dogs (choc. lab) foot is swollen to twice it's normal size. Don't know what happened but it looks awful.
Don't know if he broke it or stepped on something or what.
At any rate, you folks have a great day ahead!

you might should take him to the vet Sarge
I remember once I had a really big foot... luckily it turned out to just be a case of clown shoe...whew was I relived
Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course, over a great ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair....Bertrand Russell

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and Kristie. Morning Zoners.
Had a great evening last night. One of my Cousins, who I grew up with is in from Illinois and had a chance to just sit and visit with him for awhile. It was very enjoyable just sitting and talking. Had a litte supper, watch a basketball game and did nothing much but shoot the bull. Man, it's been 20 years since I had a chance to just visit with him. It's that kind of thing that is important. Who knows, maybe another 20 years before we have that chance again. Was happy to have had the opportunity.
Everybody, have a great day.

Good afternoon, Cbz and the same to the rest of you great folks. Sarge, I echo the sentiments about the dog. Keep us posted. ABQ, enjoy the times with relatives. You really don't know when you'll get to enjoy their company. Be good to yourselves and have a great day.

Thanks for all the well wishes for Mello (our choc. lab).
Come to find out, he sliced the bottom of his foot deep inside between the pads (a deep 1 inch gash) and it was so infected and swollen, they couldn't put stitches in it.
He goes back tomorrow for the stitches. His foot and lower leg got HUGE. It was a real concern, but it already looks better and once he gets stitched up and has another PBR, he'll be fine.
Thanks again for all the well wishes. They are truly appreciated
