Steve Dennis is the chicken ****. On his exchange with Brooking, he said that he hoped Dallas won and that he was pulling for them which insinuated that he was a fan. And truthfully, why does Wade have to say ANYTHING about past Decembers? The record is what it is and he can't change it. At what point does it serve to talk about past Decembers? The month is here. These guys have to go out and play and prove the naysayers wrong. That's what he's got them focused on.

And as long as we're talking hypotheticals. What about if Wade had simply snarled in response, "I can't worry about past Decembers. They lost a tough one on Sunday and we've got to bounce back. I'm trying to get these guys ready to play the Chargers."

Because essentially that's what he's said. I think fans has the idea of what somebody's supposed to say. Even the savviest of people aren't gonna get it right every time. I think it's funny that people are mad that Wade doesn't even try to get it right.
