has him at rated at 14 overall now.

At this pace he'll be the first overall pick by mid-February.

On a positive note, someone else good should drop to us.

It's probably a little high for a Guard but with that said, my dreams of Iupati mauling defenders for Dallas are fading by the day.

You can rate a Guard high, but that doesn't mean they are drafted high. He probably won't make it to us, and the world won't end if he doesn't.

Dont know why thats such a hard concept for some to grasp here. There's numerous people that think this guy is the only player in the draft.

On a serious note. Really love the way this kid looks and it would be great if we got him. But as you two say...there are other players in the draft that can help this team. Also if he goes before us because he soars up the draft boards, than that means other players could fall to us.

What bothers me most about this is the reaction some stooges will still have, even if we had no chance to draft him.
