Is it time to say If he is so good.... kiding

I love to hate the Steelers, and I have some friends who are completely devoted to the Steelers. We often have pretty strong debate on football...

But they don't seem to be so desapointed to loose Gildon and even if I rarely agree with them, they must see something not so good about him...it's their team.

Well, Nors can forget about it. I'll bet money we don't even look at him. He's over 30 and expensive. To say nothing of the fact we aren't looking to switch to that package.

I'm not talking as an every down player I'm talking about a vet guy who can come in when needed and or a player who on passing downs can help make your pass rush better. Gildon would not cost much over vet minimum.

Do you really think he would come so cheap?

He has no levelage, and I doubt any team is just going to throw a boat load of money at any of the players that will be released on June 1st. That does not mean these June 1st cut players still can't help teams out. In Dallas case we have shown no pass rush for a while and a guy like a Gildon even if it is coming off the bench on passing situation I think would be a very good addition for the Cowboys. Not to mention quality Backup at LB. I would much rather see young players starting and have quality vet backups Gildon could give Dallas just that
