Just a thought....
Even though I have good expectations of Julius Jones, there is also the possibility of him being very similar to this rb drafted in the '99 draft:
3rd ranked RB - Amos Zereoue
West Virginia
5-7 3/8, 203
Barry Sanders-style running back, but without Sanders' speed. Ran a 4.49 40 in his individual workout, however. Quick, elusive darter. Needs a hole. Thick and muscular but not a power runner. He was productive for three years at West Virginia before coming out early. There are questions about whether he can take a pounding.
Hope this won't be the case.

I think Jones has more of his weight in his lower body than Zereoue.
"The ball ain't heavy."
-Herschel Walker, when asked if he got tired carrying the ball 30 times per game.

I don't see Jones as being very simular to Zereous at all. Completely different backs IMO.
Actually, Jones reminds me more of William Green out of BC coming out. We're talking physical ability and running style only.

From what i have seen of JJ he is a good inside runner with enough speed to make the corner ,also strong lower body helps him run thru tackles. All in all a complete back.

Jones and Zereoue have nothing in common, not even remotely close in size or running style...sorry
