Really nice graphic...it's got a very unique feel to it...the type is great and the fact that it looks painted yet not, is very cool

What plug-in did you use?

I didn't use a plug-in. I used the colored pencil filter on the background and on the foreground I used the omni lighting effect and then the inner bevel or emboss (can't remember which).
