Default Fascinating discussion of Cowboys' decline in 1980s

I'm a member of the Pro Football Researchers Association and also read their forums (you don't have to be a PFRA member to join their forums).

Yesterday, someone started a thread comparing the early '80s Cowboys to the Cowboys of the '70s, and the thread has morphed into a discussion of how and why the Cowboys declined as an NFL power in the mid-80s. It's fascinating reading and a tough trip down memory lane. If anyone wants to join and add to the discussion, here's the link:
