Default Mickey with The Hardline on The Ticket...

Mickey:

Some Cowboy notes... and some related to the Cowboys...
  • Herrion (OL from Utah) signed to contract... Parcells really liked him
  • Anthony Wright has a torn shoulder... probably out for the season
  • Galloway will return punts for the Bucs... apparently he didn't see him last year
  • James McNight signed with NYFG
  • Warner will cost the Rams... 4.6 mil this year... and 6.7 mil next year...
  • Lions are said to be interested in Warner
  • Collins probably to GB

Pretty much so... the others outside of Warner were related to the Cowboys...

In another note... is Martz this idiotic? He is willing to cut this guy loose with those cap numbers? They only save 200k on the cap by cutting him loose this year... is he not an adequate back-up for an extra 200k?

It is his own fault Warner looked so bad in his last start... it happens when you play a guy with a concussion...

Martz may well be the worst head coach in this league... what a putz...

I am right there with you buddy, I still hold hope that the boys will come to their senses and realize that we have a talented enough team to make a run at it except for the huge question mark at QB. We need someone here capable of leading this team if QC doesn't step it up. (And Warner is a personal favorite)

Warner is too fragile to play for DALLAS right now. He must have a solid offensive line to perform well, not to mention a multi-threat RB. DALLAS simply doesn't have those things right now.

Carter's mobility is one of the key reasons he is the current starter.

I don't like the idea of prehistoric Testaverde being the # 2 guy, either.

DALLAS should go with Carter, Henson, and the better of Hutchinson/Romo.

So then, are you saying that you do not believe Dallas will have a very good OL this year?
