The 6-foot-6, 355-pound Davis said there is no reason for quarterback Tony Romo -- or Romo injury alarmists -- to be fearful.
"I don't think it's really a big concern," Davis said. "Just bring the right guy in there to fill the spot. Any time you can develop guys and have them come prepared to play, it's not a big dropoff."
Dallas coach Wade Phillips agreed and seemed amused at the suggestion that Romo should not play because of two backups starting on the offensive line -- Montrae Holland will start in place of Kyle Kosier, who was injured on Wednesday.
"I stayed up all night and worried about Romo," Phillips deadpanned. "But I think he'll be all right playing behind a makeshift offensive line."
